Building capacities of rural poor for ensuring that the poor are provided with requisite skills for managing their (member-owned and member-controlled) institutions, managing existing livelihoods, linking with markets, enhancing credit absorption capacity, and increasing creditworthiness requires a multipronged approach for providing continuous capacity building of targeted households, SHGs, their federations, government functionaries, and other collectives.

• Implementation of Welfare Schemes: Executing state and centrally sponsored schemes, including the Chief Minister’s Social Security Scheme (CMSSS) for the elderly, widows, and people with disabilities.
• Targeted Support (SJETA Focus):Senior Citizens: Ensuring care, dignity, and support for the elderly.
  Drug Demand Reduction: Carrying out drug awareness programs, workshops in schools, pledge ceremonies, and facilitating rehabilitation of victims of substance abuse under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan.
  Disability Support: Implementing initiatives for Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), such as the Divyangjan Kaushal Yojana and distributing assistive devices.
  Tribal Affairs: Assisting with projects related to strengthening tribal livelihoods and welfare.
• Coordination and Monitoring:Coordinating with State Level Channel Agencies (SLCA) and local NGOs.
  Monitoring the implementation of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
  Overseeing the functioning of child helplines and women helplines at the district level.
• Awareness Generation: Organizing, conducting, and participating in awareness camps to educate the public on social justice programs.
• Reporting and Documentation:Maintaining records and reporting on the progress of projects undertaken by the SJETA department.
  Supporting the evaluation and research of ongoing social development programs.
  

• Managed 10 to 15 centres in designated districts and blocks, managing on-ground field staff (Field-level Facilitators, MIS, etc.). By leading day-to-day field operations, team handling, management, and issue resolution.
• Maintained effective rapport with stakeholders, including sponsor banks, community leaders, NGOs, government departments, and relevant institutions.
• Supported the Regional Manager in ensuring successful project implementation.
• Led a team to achieve company goals, exceeding targets consistently, while fostering a positive work environment.
