PO Reconciliation and Invoice Process (Dec 2023 - Present)

• Working closely with the PO department.
• Ensuring monitoring & reviewing of 100-150 POs daily.
• Performing 3-way matching with invoices, POs, and goods received notes (GRNs).
• Performing investigation through various applications to avoid duplicity and discrepancies.
• Weekly follow-up with vendors through email for pending invoices.
• Verifying invoices received from vendor and submitting the same to Finance team for further payments.

Vendor Management (Jan 2023 - Nov 2023)

• Setup vendors as per the confirmation from Approval Team.
• Responsible for vendor creation, amendment, and validation with maintaining of TAT.
• Performing daily calls with vendors to resolve queries related to vendor setup and resolve through email.
• Pre-validation i.e., Evaluation form, MS form, Credit check, Duplicate check, and Web portal validation.

• Managing Vendor or Franchisee query related to rent payment and sales through email and ticket.
• Met all deadlines, including month-end activities i.e
• Vendor payment & rebills to franchisee, preparing sales report for monthly, quarterly & annually.
• Performed Vendor Reconciliations monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & annual.
• Processing invoices through system as a daily basis by using SAP T-code.

• Preparing Vendor Master Data through SAP and managing with new vendors for giving end-to-end support as per agreement.
• Vendor set-up with the help of W8/W9 forms with IRS match.
• Met all deadlines, including month-end reporting objectives.
• Processed payments promptly and sent to appropriate entities to avoid delays.
• Automated preparation of payment reports of vendors using SAP FI.
• Performed Vendor & Payment Reconciliations monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & annual.
• Managed emails & incoming calls each day with the utmost professionalism and knowledgeable service.
