For Bedloft.com, duties as manager included managing groups upwards of fifteen, resolving conflicts, and maintaining professional appearance throughout campus. With this, we were able to maximize performances through monitoring daily activities and mentoring team members.

Working for Columbian Park, my duties included interacted with customers to provide information on different features regarding park, pool and equipment. Alongside this, greeting customers pleasantly when each entered the pool and offered assistance for any needs needing satisfied was also my main concern.

Working for the Trail Banquet Hall, I monitored seating area and checked restrooms regularly to keep spotless.

With my team of staff, we worked to move tables and adjust seating to accommodate groups with special requests. Also, I would take reservations by phone and walk-in, keeping scheduling demands and kitchen output in time to avoid overbooking.
