  • End to end Responsible for ISP network Build & deployment for TN circle
  • Responsible for OSP deployment, drive OSP and ROW teams from sites RFC to RFE with passive readiness, and build NLD, LMC, Core, and access network fiber delivery as per plan, as well as FTTX and ILL connectivity in coordination with ROW and liaisoning teams.
  • Drive the ISP team and vendors from the site RFE stage to end-to-end backhaul media, fiber/MW readiness, and 4G/5G/active elements deployment, as well as ILL delivery and all capacity solutions deployment.
  • Responsible for end-to-end (RFC/RFE1/RFE2/RFR/RFS) and handover to the operations team as alarm-free sites, and need to maintain the operations of the sites.
  • Managed direct team size upto 700 + in-house resources and 200 + vendor teams

4G Project

Deployed 20,000 sites with 4G using tri-bands, and the TN circle was #1 in 4G deployment across pan India, consistently delivering monthly RFS.

Based on business requirements, made the network ready town-wise for launch.

I was given a specific task to manage the end-to-end process of 'Mission Chennai,' with a special focus on deploying 4G in the Chennai metro, and I successfully delivered it as per expectations.

· Andaman 4G launch by TN circle.

5G Project

Achieved the milestone of 10,000 5G sites on air in a short time, and TN is the #1 circle in 5G deployment across pan India.

Tamil Nadu circle served as a model circle for 5G deployment, with our learnings shared as guidelines for other circles. (A suggestion/decision for the material transportation scope to be with JIO was given by me to the leadership team, and this was a great success formula across pan India for speedy 5G deployment.)

Responsible for sites' 5G readiness by building/upgrading all active and passive BH elements of all sites.

Successfully deployed 500 5G sites in Chennai before Diwali 2022 for the launch.

Deployed over 12,000 sites with SA-5G using both bands by upgrading active and passive elements in all the sites.

Air Fibre Project (A6 Deployment)

Currently ranked #1 in pan-India for deploying the highest 25,000 A6 RFS sectors.

Successfully managed the deployment without a dedicated Wi-Fi lead.

Ramped up 30 Jio vendors within a month, and deployed 100+ teams within a short timeframe.

BH /FTTH/ ILL

Fibre and MW backhaul readiness: RFR of all the fibre and MW sites.

Managed in-house deployment team of 400 resources and deployed 15,000+ MW hops, and redeployment of the same at various sites (this was almost 80% successfully done by the in-house MW teams, which resulted in high OPEX savings by managing with optimal resources and transportation).

5000+ sites MW to fiber conversion.

Deployed 20,000+ UBR hops and Microwave E-band 2,000+ hops.

1,500+ OLTs installed and integrated.

1000+ ILL circuits delivered for enterprise accounts as per the set SLA.

Capacity solutions

Deployed 700+ IBS (Inbuilding Solutions) and deployed 2,500+ ODSC (outdoor small cell).

Wi-Fi is deployed at over 250 colleges, with many coverage spots, and Wi-Fi ENB is deployed in 5,000 sectors.

Deployed 12,077 sector additions; 7,709 RRH upgrades; 6,000+ RRH downgrades; 3,795 DU conversions; 1,539 tower offloadings.

Deployed COWs and various Wi-Fi/time-bound projects as per RF/business requirements within the set time.
