• Was given specific task to manage end to end of “Mission Chennai” as a special focus in deploying 4G in Chennai metro and successfully delivered as per the expectations.
• Andaman 4G launch by TN circle.
5G Project
• Achieved milestone of 10000 5G sites on air in short time and TN #1 circle in 5G deployment across pan India.
• Tamil Nadu circle served as a model circle for 5G deployment with our learnings shared as guidelines for other circles. (Suggestion/decision for Material transportation scope to be with JIO was given by me to leadership team and this was great success formula across pan India for speedy 5G deployment)
• Responsible for sites 5G readiness by building /upgrading all active & passive /BH elements of all sites
• Successfully deployed 500 5G sites in Chennai before Diwali 2022 for the launch.
• Deployed 12000+ sites with SA -5G with both bands by upgrading active + passive elements in all the sites
Air Fibre Project (A6 Deployment)
• Currently ranked #1 in pan-India for deploying highest 25000 A6 RFS sectors.
• Successfully managed deployment without a dedicated WIFI lead.
• Ramped up 30 Jio vendors within a month and deployed 100+ teams within a short timeframe.
BH /FTTH/ ILL
• Fibre and MW Backhaul readiness: RFR of all the Fibre and MW sites
• Managed inhouse deployment team of 400 resources and Deployed 15000+ MW hops and redeployment of the same at various sites (this almost 80 % successfully done by the inhouse MW teams which resulted in high opex savings by managing with optimal resources and transportation).
