Project execution monitoring & Tracking, Escalation site issue with clients and resolve timely, Managing large and diverse team, Testing & Commissioning verification and certification.

• Co-coordinating with consultants regarding technical data sheets & drawing.

• Vendor Management

• Coordinating & planning with contractors & vendors for expediting supply of material in sequence and for expediting fabrication, civil work & erection of structure and equipment.

Material Management

• Planning & Identifying and raising requisition for procurement of all materials required to run the site.

• Tracking and monitoring materials/ equipment usage & reconciliation during & after project execution.

MIS Reporting

• Preparing reports on progress, noncompliance, and delay in work for Management.

• Admin: Review of Guest house / Staff colony & food expenditures, rental agreements, prompt remittance of PF, ESI, Taxes for vehicles, debit for PF & ESI payment made on behalf of sub- contractors, own & Hired vehicles utilization, maintenance & fuel consumption.

• Participated in National Science Congress in 2002 in Mysore with Chief Guest Mr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
