Background Verification (NSR BV and Client BV):
• Ensuring that BV checks are completed for the final candidate who have joined.
• Collating data from induction anchors from PAN India and assign cases to third party vendors for BV checks.
• Coordinate with vendors and employees for in sufficient cases to complete BV.
• Generating reports on weekly basis for NSR status reports to different stake holders.
Ensuring that appropriate background checks have been completed on all final candidates prior to their appointments being finalized in the E-dockets
•Screening candidates & scheduling interviews across PAN India.
• Offer negotiations, joining & onboarding.
• Conducting exit interviews, handling onboarding process, exit formalities
• Handling drives weekday and on weekend as per the requirement. • Select and interview candidates for all available positions
• Following up the candidates after short listing by the client. •Communicating with candidates the through call or e-mail.
• Build strong relationships with HR Managers and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process across accounts.
• Conduct initial HR interview for assessing the candidates based on various criteria such as communication, attitude, stability, interest and orienting the candidates to the technical round.
• Responsible for scheduling interview, calendar management, taking slots from panels, handling webcam interviews,1 Skype interviews, f2f and telephonic interviews .
• Taking feedback from panels/stakeholders.
• Maintaining MIS reports.
