• Worked on Robotics Process Automation (RPA) by proving ideas, testing and liaising with tech team to make sure applications are working smoothly on automated process.
• Successfully performed cross function Business Continuity Plan for ACH process. Wherein learning their process, performing teams activity on BCP and achieving 100% work completion and accuracy
• Worked on preparing teams Standard Operating Procedures and getting sign off from senior management and stakeholders.

• Handling teams Escalations, replying to queries & calls from stakeholders.
• Provided training and support to new employees.
• Preparing report such as Daily Snapshot, EOD Stratification, Error report & daily health check report for team and senior management
• Contributed to team success by completing bulk jobs quickly and accurately.

• Worked on migration of NAM Commercial process which works on opening, maintenance and closing of U.S Demand & Deposit Accounts via calls and screen share
• These are critical activities and involve movement of money from clients account where ensuring 100% accuracy
• Successfully performed user acceptance test (UAT) on Virtual Reference Application wherein checking if all the activities mentioned in the BRD can be performed by operations and providing sign off.

• CLIENT ACCOUNT AND ENTITLEMENT UTILITY – RDI ACCOUNT SETUP & Class Action project.
• Processing account opening requests by performing validations, check KYC.
• Processing amendments requests on GTI accounts, handling mailbox and respond to queries.
• Search for General Custody agreements and fee agreements using I-vault and APS. Upload agreements on Share point website.
