• Relevant recruitment or marketing research experience in a role with a primary focus on identification and candidate development
• Knowledge of financial services is an asset

Recruitment: Sourcing, screening and Scheduling candidates, Head Hunting, client management, escalations handling.

Lateral Hiring & Leadership Hiring: Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job description.

• Initiate sourcing after receiving requirement from client.
• Profiles Sharing to respective Hiring Managers.
• Preparing and updating recruitment reports on regular basis. (Including CV Sourced, CV Shared to Client, Short listing, Interviewed Candidates, RMS Reports, Biweekly performance reports)
• Utilizing various Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, IIM Jobs, Hirist, & Linked In.
• Coordinating with the candidates for interview.
• Having good co-ordination with the client.
• If candidate is short listed for role than following up the candidates till they join up on time and resolving specific issues, if any.
• TAT is pretty less with regards to Delivery alongside Quality is also maintained.
• Regular coordination with HR’s regarding interview schedules till they joined.
• Acting as a SPOC (Single point of Contact) with clients
• Responsible for team appraisal, team reports, performances reports (weekly , monthly, quarterly)
• Involved into salary negotiations if arise while candidate joins.
