The responsibilities include maintaining the entire warehouse, which encompasses 6,000 batteries and chargers, 1,800 EV scooters, as well as managing executive tasks and B2B activities.
Streamlined fleet operations for over 450 electric scooters in Bangalore, catering to diverse B2B, B2C clients. Led the operation for multiple clients.
Ensuring clients' SLA achievements at the city level, ensuring the store-level targets are achieved. Responsible for day-to-day operational issues/challenges with store level, city level. Ensuring smooth operations.
Raising a purchase order (PO) to the vendor, procuring batteries and chargers as needed, completing the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for batteries and scooters before deployment, continuously monitoring battery charging status, and procuring spare parts for the scooters as required.
Ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of battery and scooter inward and outward movements, with precise data maintenance.
Ensuring that damaged or faulty batteries are sent to the battery repair centre on a monthly basis, inspecting B2B vehicles for optimal performance, and handling vendor relations through meetings, negotiations, and payment processing.
Ensuring that executives' roles and responsibilities, salaries, and health are managed effectively for optimal performance.
Ensuring warehouse maintenance, hygiene, and safety precautions for batteries and vehicles, as well as maintaining detailed and accurate records of all vehicles and batteries, including costs, contract details, purchase order numbers, and servicing information.
The timely movement of batteries to the Battery Repair Centre (BRC) for service, delivering vehicles to B2B clients once serviced, managing all logistics, vendor payments, and maintaining accurate data records.
Working closely with the sales and strategic team to develop and build EV infrastructure for BaaS customers at demand locations, deploying the required assets to charging stations, maintaining strong relationships with swapping partner stations, tracking key metrics, gathering partner feedback, and ensuring consistent service delivery to partners.
Ensuring that branding activities, such as signboard installations, are carried out to enhance visibility for customers.
Coordinating with the engineering, sales, accounts, and FPI teams to build and strengthen the team.
