  • Review customer disputes on transactions made on credit and debit cards in accordance with the procedures set by Visa International organizations for USA region (United States of America).
  • Integration end-to-end process management of customer disputes, including processing of chargebacks, reversal of fees, issuance of credits to customers, and GL management.
  • Quickly and accurately settle all disputes, providing customers their due credit. To guarantee that claims are handled in accordance with corporate policies and contractual responsibilities, proactively examine, analyze, and implement claim processing standard operating procedures as necessary.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues with little supervision work with Peers and Leadership by communicating chargeback anomalies, or fraud trends (based on received Chargeback’s), and sharing ideas and information.
  • Reconciliations (Blank Invalid and Unposted Items, Rpar, 45 Day & Credit Tracers), which must be completed by a certain deadline and demonstrate a financial risk.
  • Work on the Aging tracker and aged files to ensure resolution % is higher and the critical items are worked on priority, To manage daily functionalities the same way on the absence of Team Leader.

  • Fraud Disputes Process:
  • Examine disagreements and adhere to protocols precisely to take appropriate action within a certain time frame.
  • Utilize proprietary technologies to investigate debit card chargeback claims and construct dispute cases to recover money for merchants.
  • Keep an eye out for any probable fraud in disputed transactions.
  • Reconciling payments to guarantee that the accounting system accurately represents the transactions.
  • Investigate a customer account and transaction information to resolve GL exceptions.
  • We process accounts for both businesses and consumers and address client concerns within the parameters of the applicable service level agreement (SLA).
  • Blank Invalid & UnPosted Items Process:
  • Nostro & Vostro Account
  • To clear the money from blank invalid General Ledger (GL) and Unposted items (GL) on a daily basis.
  • Consolidating the Blank Invalid Transactions and Unposted Items worked on a daily basis within the cut-off period.
  • To work on accounts and cards that have been closed.
  • To route the monies from Wells Fargo GL to the customer's account GL or to ensure that OCK issued to clients are cleared promptly (Bland Invalid & UnpostedItem process)
  • Maintain consistency in the quality and productivity of the reconciliation process.
  • Peer review of essential, high volume disputed transactions; posting E-TRAN General Entries for the appropriate action taken on each instance; and maintaining ZERO faults in the reconciliation process.
