Roles and Responsibilities:

• To review the technical datasheets and specification and understand the customer requirements
• To participate in customer meetings and review design process
• Sizing of various flowmeters as well as selection of appropriate instruments as per the requirement.
• Work closely with Sales team to provide and Business development managers to prepare cost effective solutions.
• Get quotations from vendors for third party instruments. Evaluate the quotations and negotiate for best pricing.
• Develop and submit techno-commercial proposal complete in all respects against the inquiry including technical compliance. Prepare and submit the technical documents.
• Process the received Purchase Order from the customer and co-ordinate with the Order Management team for order booking, updates on imports and material availability.
• Work closely with the logistics team for material delivery to the customer.

Other Responsibilities:

• Participate in the customer inspection at factory and warehouse facility.
• Co-ordinate with the factories in India and Other countries in case of urgent delivery requirements.
• Help Logistics team at warehouse for any technical difficulty faced in terms of material identification and also fulfil specific customer requirements with respect to packing, identification and dispatch.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance activities on Analyzer instruments for blood processing and testing.
• Assist the vendor engineer in annual and bi-annual preventive maintenance.
• Perform troubleshooting for breakdown instruments with minimum TAT.
• Escalation to Senior engineer or the vendor engineer wherever necessary.
• Maintain calibration reports and preventive maintenance records along with routine maintenance records.
• Maintain records of consumable required for the instruments and collect data trend and report to management.
