Assumption Management and risk assessment.
• Trial and New Feature Planning: Feature Availability: Hardware, Software (License) in all related Nodes, IOT Reports, Omissions in version, Feature Trial/Commercial Case Study Report Availability; Feature Impact Evaluation: Impact on other Features, Impact on Performance, Feature Parameter Planning: Engineering, Functional & Radio Parameters.
• CAPEX & OPEX Saving Design: RAN Sharing Design, Single RAN Design, Single Cabinet Solution Design, TC Pool Design, Interface Compression Transmission, BSC Local Switching Design, Common Clock Synchronization Design, Energy Saving Feature testing..
• Network Planning & Design: RAN Network Designing in line with Technical Proposal, Traffic Model & Design Guidelines, High Level Design Document preparation, Design from CAPEX, OPEX, & Customer Administrative Regions perspective.
