Project Title:- Emblemhealth

• Working on Facets configuration activities and facilitating the resolution for benefits issues for claim processing.
• Responsible for delivering the Facets configuration deliverables which involves benefit product configuration,PCAG,BPA(SPCR/SRCR),TPCT,Procedures,Diagnosis and workflow.
• Working on claims recycle including Case ID creation post code migrated to production.
• QA team usually creates any issues through defects in ALM Portal and as a technical product specialist, will be handling issues, analyze and fix them and migrate the configuration to Production .
• Conducting unit testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and accuracy of configuration.

Project Title :Carnival Cruise Line-TTH

• Designed and Implemented database structure including Tables,Index,views and complex database objects like procedures,packages,functions,cursors,triggers.
• Designed and developed front-end applications using Oracle Apex
• Developed/Maintained Oracle Apex applications and enhanced with new features to perform better using PLSQL, Forms,Reports.
• Optimized existing PLSQL routines using performance tuning techniques.
• Implemented advance error handling techniques including Exception handling ,Pragma Autonomous Transaction,Table mutation etc in PLSQL code which resulting in robust applications without crashes.
• Conducted unit testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and accuracy of PLSQL code.

Project Title:-FFS UAT-TTH Americana

• Coordinated with stakeholders throughout all stages of the project life cycle from inception to completion
• Streamlined troubleshooting processes by creating comprehensive documentation to guide support teams.
• Monitored system health using various performance metrics, quickly addressing any potential bottlenecks or resource limitations.
• Insignificantly worked under Unix environment to automate file manipulation and file loading
• Replicate operational table into staging table ,transforms and load data into warehouse tables using Ab Initio GDE(graphical development environment)
