• Ensuring timely project execution with quality and minimum wastage

Implement the QA/QC program for the Civil and Mechanical scope of work

• Ensure that the civil and mechanical subcontractors adhere to relevant quality documentation/records
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of civil and mechanical equipment
• Strengthened merchandising and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and boost sales.
• Oversaw monthly collections and maintained high payment rates by building positive relationships with tenants.
• Developed loyal and highly satisfied customer base through proactive management of team customer service strategies.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, civil and mechanical interrelationship, construction sequencing and project schedule
• Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between Civil and Mechanical, and subcontractors during construction
• Lead the civil and mechanical subcontractor installation drawing approval process between the civil and mechanical subcontractors, Resident Engineer, Resident Technical Officer, Accredited Checker, and the
• Local Authority having jurisdiction, and assist in the receipt and review of all civil and mechanical submissions
• Log and post all civil and mechanical changes and as-built information on field drawings.

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work
• Provide regular reports to the Project manager on the progress of architectural works in assigned projects
• Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
• Coordinate & supervise architectural works carried out by sub-contractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Handling technical and engineering problems on site
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
• Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
• Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution
• Planning physical works on site through scheduling works and agreed timelines, sequencing of construction work
• To ensure structural work & architectural work done according drawing
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Perform site planning, coordination & inspection relating to the construction project so as to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met
• Support Quantity Surveyors in conducting site measurement and inspections
• Able to plan / coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
