TOOL: GREENFOOT

NAME: Rocket and Asteroids

DESCRIPTION: In the "Rocket and Asteroids" game, the player controls a rocket and must navigate through space filled with asteroids while defending against incoming enemy missiles. The goal is to survive for as long as possible and destroy as many asteroids as you can.

OOP CONCEPTS IMPLEMENTATION

Inheritance:

 Rocket: A class representing the player-controlled rocket. It inherits from a base Actor class provided by GREENFOOT to enable movement and collision detection. 

Asteroid: A class representing asteroids in the game. It also inherits from the Actor class and may have subclasses for different types of asteroids.

 Missile: A class representing the missiles fired by the rocket. Like the other entities, it also inherits from the Actor class.

Encapsulation:

 The classes Rocket, Asteroid, and Missile encapsulate their specific attributes and behavior, making sure they are accessed through appropriate methods and not directly manipulated by external code.

Abstraction: 

The game can have an abstract class like Flying Object that includes common attributes and methods for objects that fly in space, such as move() and explode(). The Rocket, Asteroid and Missile classes can then extend this abstract class.

Polymorphism: 

 The game will demonstrate polymorphism through method overriding. For example, both Asteroid and Missile classes may have an explode() method with different effects.

TATA Motors Company, a renowned name in the automobile industry, is seeking to optimize its sales processes and customer interactions through Salesforce implementation. This project aims to deploy Salesforce to manage leads, automate sales processes, and enhance customer engagement for TATA Motors Company's range of automotive products. The project will encompass Lead management, Sales Cloud customization, and case management within Salesforce, along with the integration of a custom-built customer portal using Lightning Web Components (LWC) for improved user experience.

Objective: The primary objective of this project is to leverage Salesforce as a comprehensive solution to streamline sales operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction for TATA Motors Company. The implementation will focus on lead management, sales process automation, and case management within Salesforce, along with the development of a customer portal using Lightning Web Components (LWC) to provide a seamless and personalized experience for customers.

End-to-End Setup:

• Customize Sales Cloud to align with TATA Motors Cars Company's sales processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and vehicle configuration.
• Configure custom objects and fields to capture vehicle specifications, customer preferences, and sales transactions.
• Implement automation using flows and workflows to streamline lead assignment, follow-ups, and sales pipeline management.
• Configure case management processes, including case routing, escalation rules, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Develop a custom customer portal using Lightning Web Components (LWC) to provide customers with self-service capabilities and personalized experiences. (Use sites or experience cloud for website page)
• Design intuitive interfaces for vehicle browsing test drive scheduling, service appointment booking, and online purchasing.
