Job Responsibilities

Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity.

Equipment Calibration: Calibrate instruments and sensors to ensure accurate measurements and consistent concrete mix quality.

Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with a wide range of RMC plant equipment (mixers, conveyors, batching systems, etc.).

Basic Programming: Understanding of control systems and PLC programming related to plant operations.

Teamwork: Collaborate with other teams (quality control, logistics, etc.) to optimize plant performance.
