Extensive experience in planning and controlling of Engineering, Civil construction, Mechanical erection, Electrical & Instrument, and equipment such as high temperature reactors, pelletizers, air preheaters, oil preheaters, dryers, WHR boilers, silos, and piping erection.
• Zero Quinnelene Insolubile (ZQI) Project, Responsible as Project Manager, Analyzed project performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement.

• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

• Managed regular meetings with Domains to oversee execution, ensuring accurate Project/Domain reporting/status and facilitating continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle.

• Responsible for CPP Project 4*25 MW Thermal Power Plant projects mechanical erection and commissioning at Ultratech Cement Ltd-Tadipatri-Andhra Pradesh.
• Preparation of MIS on Project Progress Monthly, weekly, daily Basis as per PMO requirement.
• Monitored and updated project progress on a routine basis against established scope, schedules and budgets.
• Identified critical activities and schedule variances that will put key milestone dates at risk and proposed remedial action plans.
• Conducting daily Project progress site review meeting, and co-coordinating with all departments for timely completion of Project Tasks.
