Leading a team of 10 members for the project towards successful completion of scheduled migrations included tenant to tenant (M365), G-suite migration, Imap Migration, etc. using Bit-Titan and Quest OD tool.
Target is to complete all goals in between specific timeline and perform every migration successful.
Follow the T-21 plan.
1. Connect with client to confirm access on DNS, ADM, MDM and respective M365 or Google tenant.
2. export the user list from tenant and collect in-scope user list from regional leads.
3. collect the in-scope DL, shared mailboxes list to be created / migrated. Collect SPO/ Teams sites.
4. Share the correct information with team members and assign individual tasks to team members.
5.Check licensing part of source and target tenant.
6. Check Runbook status on daily basis if it's updated by the team.
7. connect with team members twice in a week to confirm any roadblocks in migration process.
8.Share the roadblocks with Team manager in case of further support is required.
9.Setup the hyper care bridge after each migration and provide support to regional leads.
10. Assist the Team members if they need any on-call support during hyper care process.
11. discuss on-going issues with Apex stakeholders on daily connect call.
12. check the status of Bit-Titan configuration at least on T-15.
13. keep an eye on BT licenses availability.
14. assign team members a task like user creation, DL creation and members addition, add time zone, create security group, add apps in target tenant.
15. follow up with team members for above assigned task
Maintain Runbook, collect daily follow-ups from the team members.
