- Analyzing and understanding the roles and responsibilities of a resource for selecting the suitable skill set and roles based on the SBU with reference to the Job Description to deliver high quality Staffing Profiles.
- Taking the ownership of mailbox to allocate the daily volumes for baseline process and making them completed within TAT.
- Also, part of quality check team to ensure the Staffing Profiles are created in high quality to prevent the Staffing Profiles from Rejection/Re-Work.
