Analytics Developments for Global COO Office:

• Developed monthly forecasting model which models workforce scenarios, factors in deals and projects to establish comprehensive cost portfolio for senior leadership, leading to 15% saving arenas & strategy formulations
• Developed yearly budget automation template which takes into account key factors such as hiring strategies, attrition outlook, hiring premium, projects/deals projections and establishes overall cost portfolio for each major centre of org - this lead to setting pro-active goals for each centre thereby helping save 2% of budget allocated overall
• Ideated, Designed & Created the Practice based Economic Model which helped to set revenue targets and manage savings, used by CXOs to strategize on market competitiveness
• Developed monitoring Practice model which set cost, hiring and talent management goal for each practice, region wise and helped to real-time track their progress - this led to clear and pro-active strategic and action-oriented insights for senior leadership
• Developed CART model for Attrition using 5 year pipeline to better understand course of decision- making made by exited employees - this helped HR team set better retention targets and strategies based on phase of life of employee

• Lead development and automation of Demand Forecast for each region and practice units onto automated platform

Notable Achievements:

• Restructured procedures through coordination with compliance director to create and execute projects: Relieving Letter, Resignation Letter, Exit process automations which saved 2,000,000 INR per year
• Compiled research data and gave professional presentations highlighting finds and recommended optimizations: Created and Developed Dashboards generating talent insights for high performers who exited bring down manual efforts to 0% and 100% automations freeing up 15% weekly bandwidth
• Conducted thorough reviews of operations to devise and deploy improvement strategies. Leveraged on-site observation and personal interviews to identify team and individual strengths.
• Created an Insider-Threat Detection model which allowed to leverage IT infrastructure and create potential data-leakage risk based profiles of support teams such as HR, Legal, Finance, etc. saving 500,000 annually in legal costs
