• Executing Strategic plan toward Brand Promotional Event & Activity, B2B collaboration, Per & Post production of TVC shoot, Ad & Seasonal merchandise shoot.
• Planning & executing operationally Brands all out door event, Brand promotional activity, Sport Event @ Pan India Level
• Managing external PR & Social media agency & Exceed Entertainment ( Celebrity agency) official of HRX Brand.
• Monitoring Monthly Budgeted of Sampling Vs.Actual for Agency. MIS - HRX i.e. Quarterly report to exceed , Zone Wise Sales

• CRM, RRM & Vendor management.
• Visual merchandising of brands according to parameter.
• Retailer interface in to improve sales for premium & super premium brands, fine dining & Restaurants.
• Keeping track of business allowable as per the agreed leave & License agreement.
• Conceptualizing business strategies for brands.
• Events Management, Product Launch, Branding support to new brands.
• Stores & multi brand outlets audits. (Including F&B, Restaurants outlets).
