· Effective mail writing, Documentation & payment collection and commercial compliance related challenges handling.

· Cross functional support to sales & tendering team along with lead generation target.

. Run Customer Engagement Program during site visit by discussion on new offers.

. Independently installation of Auto Recloser with Sectionalizer.

. Site to site travel for technical support to attend warranty/non-warranty complaint.
· Supervising commissioning project job of VCB auto recloser and digital solution.
· Pre-Commissioning testing, Configuration of main controller for configuration of Auto Recloser configuration.
· Giving product demonstration to customer & Attending technical negations.

. Site visit & Team handling.
. Supervising Site execution of OCB & VCB servicing
. Retrofitting of OCB to VCB, Relay with supervision of fresh installation.
. Maintaining & building customer relation through customer support.

. Delivery of Warranty & Non-Warranty service support on M/S Schneider make MV, LT Distribution equipments including relay.

. Preparation of product performance report, attending Monthly meeting with plant on critical & repeated issues.

. Installed base tracking to support service, spare business enhancement including AMC/OTC contract.
. Cross functional support to CB & Relay retrofit team as when necessary.
. Collecting of credential (customer satisfaction letter) against site executed job.
. Conducting Monthly Audit on Service partners to verify compliance points.

• Testing of CT, VT, VCB, MCB and Complete Switchgear panel in different stage of manufacturing. Support extension to plant QC team.
• Execution of VCB & Electromagnetic relay retrofitting.
• Comprehensive overhauling of VCB & MOCBs at user's plant and distribution substation.
• Customer meet and site survey for new requirement generation & BOQ preparation.
• Support to Design & Engineering team with product performance feedback & modernization inputs.
