- BOT/AI implementation in the process: Considering the Manual process in Account Data management world, Artificial Intelligence has been implemented with the help of IT team/RPA (Robotic process automation)team. SDD (Solution Design Documents) has been prepared as per the process requirement and live training session has been initiated to understand the process to build the BOT
- Analyzed business data requirements and translated it to system design concepts.
- Project has been completed by taking 1 year 3 Months as BOT has been implemented on 3 Major Product( Equity,FI, FX) manual account creation and its successfully delivered 3 FTE benefit.
- Delay in project completion due to frequent front end changes in Main application called DPM and Dataportal as it must happen due to Client requirement and Project team has to rebuild the Solution Design Document multiple times
- Transition of onshore project (DMG application) to offshore centre (FX business) from APAC and Zurich counterparts.
- Knowledge sharing sessions have been scheduled and discussed on process gap areas between onshore and offshore to redefine the process.
- Offboarding Project: Project was acquired from other vendors.
- Closure of accounts in applications like Masterfiles, DMG, EROS, Wispa, Coma,T24, G1.

Was onboarded to Client location (Singapore) and worked on the project for 12 months and successfully delivered the expected results within deadline.
- Project was mainly based on entity change for one of the Swiss based Client segregated as Cash and Non Cash Product.
- Gathered total account level populations under the respective Client and identify the Cash and Non cash product linked accounts.
- Part of RTB Team (Client and Credit facilitation) which is a subsidiary of Global Client reference data management
