Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Proactively monitor plant performance by analyzing Daily Generation Reports (DGRs). Track key metrics such as plant performance ratio (PR) to identify trends and deviations in energy generation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Calculate critical KPIs including specific yield, deviation rates, and energy gains post-module cleaning. Utilize these metrics to evaluate and benchmark inverter performance across the plant.
Data-Driven Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of energy generation data from individual inverters to identify underperforming units. Use insights to drive performance improvements and optimize plant efficiency.
Root Cause Analysis: Lead detailed root cause analysis (RCA) to diagnose issues impacting plant performance. Develop comprehensive reports outlining identified problems, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
Actionable Reporting: Prepare and present actionable reports to management and site teams, highlighting key findings and recommendations for performance enhancement. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions and track progress.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by recommending strategies for efficiency enhancement and cost reduction. Monitor the impact of implemented solutions and refine approaches as necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address technical issues, ensure compliance with operational standards, and support strategic decision-making processes.
