Roles & Responsibilities:
Leading the project workstreams on a local, regional and global basis.
Working and partnering with variety of stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery with agreed
benefits and outcomes are met.
Owning and running the agreed project across all of the project lifecycle.
Managing project activities through the application of appropriate project methodologies, driving
continuous improvement throughout.
Engaging with project stakeholders effectively and providing transparent, accurate and timely reporting.
Designing and conducting project/workstream governance.
Actively identifying and managing risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) and manage
change control processes for project revisions (scope, resource, time, cost, benefits, outcomes).
Ensuring clear project artefacts documentation e.g. project initiation, high level and detailed plans, RAID
logs.
Supporting the facilitation of key governance and the management of small change requests and incidents
by liaising with HR Technology colleagues.
Monitoring resolution progress and timelines and escalate where required.
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirement.
Reporting to regulator on project completion status against the agreed timeline.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a project (from planning to closing)
Working with stakeholders to identify the goals/deliverables for the project
Developing a well-defined project plan with targets for milestones, and driving the team to adhere to the
schedule (have worked on both Traditional (waterfall) and Agile methodology)
Coming up with the estimates for the cost, schedule, and efforts using best practices and past experiences
Preparing and monitoring the financials of the project
Ensuring resource availability and allocation
Continuously tracking and monitoring the status of the project, ensuring understanding of the impact of the
same to stakeholders by presenting it in the required forums
Escalating and seeking intervention when needed to ensure the project is delivered as per the baseline
Working with stakeholders and the project team to identify project risks and issues and dependencies and
actively monitoring, developing action/mitigation plan
Ensuring to adhere to the project management framework and standards, including the standard tools such
as Clarity and JIRA etc.
Ensuring complete control on Governance and compliance checks
Monitoring PMO activities and ensure all PMOs track completion of routines on time.
Continuously working on efficiency initiatives to improve processes and simplify ways of working
Delivering Agile methodologies and process improvement techniques to make it faster, simpler, and better
Understanding the product and services in quicker period to play an effective role
Working with vendor on quotation and executing the negotiating skills as required
Participating in the RFP process for bidding and agree with finalized vendor on the contract signing with
the solution feasibilities
Manage change management and its related phases of activities
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team
actions remain in synergy
Having an effective communication with team members to keep the project aligned with the goals
Creating and managing the scope, cost management, stakeholder management, risk / issue log,
communication plan
Being proactive in all the activities involved and evolving with ownership
Effective co-ordination with external and internal stakeholders for enabling the successful project
implementation
Striving the team towards timelines for all the activities; Conducting ad hoc meetings to drive the team
towards Project milestones
Highlighting priorities and risks involved / any blocker or impediment in achieving the tasks / timelines to
the relevant parties
Have worked on both traditional (Predictive Waterfall method), Agile projects (Daily Scrum meeting,
Sprint planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective) and Hybrid projects (combination of both Traditional
and Agile approach)
