• Project #1: HDFC PayZapp Mobile Application ( IOS/Android)

PayZapp is Mobile Banking Application launched in 2017 by HDFC Bank which has 3 million users.

• Implemented & Managed features like Tokenization ( RBI's Regulation)
• Currently, Payzapp is Sunset application and handled by HDFC's External client.
• Implemented & managed to Migrate all the application from PAYZAPP 1.0 to PAYZAPP 2.0 and users to download new payzapp 2.0 app seamlessly.

• Project #2: CITRUS PAY Mobile Application

As part of PAPG license, it is identified at leadership level that we must restore our PayU Prepaid wallet (previously known as Citrus Cash)

C itrus wallet is available currently to the end users via checkout journeys in payu PA merchants and citrus consumer portal. With this mobile application, one more channel for accessing the citrus wallet will be opened up for end users. BankEzy platform in WIBMO will be powering the citrus app implementation. UPI support for interoperability will get introduced along with this application. Juspay is the UPI service provider for citrus.

This will have to be made available to Merchants on the non-seamless PG flow

Wibmo is TSP for Citrus Wallet, and the APIs to be integrated on PayU PG will be Wibmo white-labelled Citrus Wallet APIs

The aim is to have at least 10,000 Merchants activated on PG (this quarter) and an equal number of transactions made by customers by picking the Citrus Wallet payment option on PayU PG.

Roles & Responsibilities Scrum Master & Project Manager

• Setting up and handling end to end Project solely using Agile /Jira.
• Performed the role of Scrum Master & Project Manager as well and made sure that we remain aligned to the best practices.
• overseeing all the activities related to each project. Working as a leader for the cross-Functional and technical teams to deliver the projects exceeding the customer satisfaction and ensuring that future roadmap is built for each stream. Communicating project mile stones to various stakeholders periodically.
• Recommending and implementing key processes within areas such as software development, hardware deployment, incident management, and regulatory compliance.
• delivering projects both development and production support. Building cross-cultural relationships, enhancing the talent pool, managing the finances & margin and making sure we deliver quality, on time and in-budget project and products.
• Setup the project tools and process. Discussion with Biz/product team to define Product Backlog.
• Ensuring all the Scrum ceremonies are done by playing the role of a scrum master. Resolving the blockers, dependencies etc....Planning the sprints and monitoring. The sprint velocity and ensuring the committed sprint backlog is achieved to maximum extent by coordinating with Internal and external.
• Coordinating with QA/Performance Eng/INFOSEC for quality and security checks.
• Coordinating with TOPS/OPS/Devops teams for various project requirements like setup tools/ports/firewalls etc

• We delivered Mutual Fund, Money Control, JioMoney, & Jio Travel Project Successfully in production to Our Internal 50+Employees. Also, Yet to launch LIVE to public.
• Setting up and handling end to end Project solely on Dev & App to enable decision making by Corporate and Business Heads. using Agile /Jira /Waterfall model as the project methodology. This was part of the We delivered at least one report and one dashboard each month. By following Scrum, we managed to reduce the deviation thus ensuring on time delivery. Performed the role of Scrum Master & Project Manager as well and made sure that we remain aligned to the best practices.

Mutual Funds offered by Jio is a white labelled solution licensed by ORO wealth

The entire product is hosted in Jio’s server and the data is kept in an encrypted format

Customers can buy direct mutual funds and the platform do not charge any transaction fee

User needs to perform KYC for which we leverage our KYC partner CVL KRA

To verify customer’s bank account we send Re1 to his bank account from a current account of RPSL opened with JPB specifically for this purpose

The main objective of RPSL Mutual fund platform is to enable RPSL users to invest in Mutual Funds schemes

Mutual Fund in Jio Project was driven in Phase I & Phase 2 was Mutual Fund in Money Control app in Android & IOS

Currently Mutual Fund & Money Control projects has been launched internally and it’s live up to 50 employees

Major work was performed around technologies like Common UI framework which used to build React/Native/React JS Apps (Android/IOS)/Node Js -BE/ Reactjs -FE / Mongo dB – database / Nginx - webserver and reverse proxy

DIGITAL GOLD Service- We had built Digital Gold, Given that JFS is building a suite of financial investment products it becomes imperative for us to offer Gold as an Investment class to our customers

Jio offer this proposition to our customers digitally through our platform

One of the propositions of MMTC PAMP is Digital Gold - where the customer can buy/sell Gold online from them via their channel partners

The Gold thus bought by the customers is stored in secured vaults maintained by them and under the custody of independent trustees

The customer can also request for physical delivery of the Gold purchased online in the form of gold coins

JioHotels application offers Hotel Booking facility to all its users, both as a standalone application and through JioMoney application
