Job Responsibilities:-

• Greeting guests Welcoming guests with a smile and eye contact.
• Managing reservations Taking reservations and seating guests at tables or in the waiting areaProviding menus Giving guests menus and answering questions.
• Seating guests : Using visual cues to seat guests in the dining area or bar.
• Providing information : Informing guests about promotions and who will be serving them.
• Answering phones Answering incoming calls and providing service.
• Managing wait times Providing wait time estimates to guests.
• Helping staff Assisting staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water, and Food & beverages serving.

• Greet guests on arrival, assign them rooms and suites, issue keys, assist them check-in & check-out processes and collect payment information
