I work very closely with different product managers to arrive at project specifications and scope by understanding VOC (voice of customer), financial analysis of the project, competitive analysis, BOM waterfall, functional unit strategy for executive committee, global stakeholder management. Also involved in Product bench-marking and Product road-map.
Managed 30 team members of offshore and onshore secondary structure team. Organized and conducted workshops for SG3X India turbine cost out project. Evaluation of business case for cost out measures with different stake holders like CVE, Operations, Quality, Vendors, Suppliers. Worked in Thermal energy storage R&D project.
Managed 12 team members of AC and CC mobile crane projects. Major projects worked are CC2800 - 2 NPD project, Challenger - 3160, AC-45 city, AC - 130, AC - 250 Operations support projects. Stayed in Onsite at Germany for 1.5 years to establish a strong offshore team.
Worked as design engineer in different companies, Major projects include CAD modeling, Product design and sustainence engineering work of Axle and ATS mounting os Mercedez trucks, Lawn mowers NPD projects, TGV and RGV trains card body design etc.
