Started my career as a Junior Technical Support Engineer for SIM cards in Sep'09. Gradually, got various opportunities to explore different aspects of Technical support and currently I work as a Technical Manager for the whole department in the same organization. Thanks to the projects associated with my career and the organization for the belief in me. Looking back at my career path:

Being the Front end Technical SPOC for all queries related to SIM card, I have been part of various projects with different operators within and outside India. My projects include testing and development of SIM card related applications like Cell Broadcast application, SIM toolkit etc. Successfully completed the technical Evaluation of SIM cards with Airtel, VodafoneIdea, TTSL, Uninor, Aircel, BSNL. Being the Technical SPOC, I have involved in various Technical discussions with all Telecom Operators and have been successful in qualifying our product technically with all the applications associated with each of these operators launched since 2009 till date.

Also involved in overseas projects like Airtel Africa (10 countries),

Airtel Srilanka, nCell Nepal, dialog Srilanka, Bhutan Telecom and have been a key contributor to establish overseas accounts.

Working in various projects allowed me to have a strong knowledge on standards like GSM 11.11, GSM 11.14, 03.40, 03.48, WIB, S@T, 3GPP, GSMA RSP M2M and Consumer eUICC.
