- Currently working In Hot Strip Mill Projects at JSW Steel Limited, Dolvi Works.
- Looking after the scope of work for the entire Hot Strip Mill along with the related auxiliary units such as roll shop & water treatment plant, budgeting, planning and procurement of project materials, supply and installation of equipments.
- Ensuring coordination between inter related vendors and contractors along with the consultant for the timely release of drawings, technical discussions for the various equipment’s required for the project.
- Preparation of all types of Site MIS reports as per management requirement (Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, Annual etc.,) with related analysis and ensuring their timely release.
- Preparing project feasibility reports, cost estimates & execution plans, Preparing scope of work for detail Engineering Consultant, Design equipment & document numbering system.
- Ensure availability on time, the Engineering deliverables and materials for construction.
- Review, control & ensure optimal value on time, cost, resources & quality parameters.
- Prepare & control schedule of Projects in MS Project or Primavera for issue of Engineering deliverables, Coordination with procurement group for Project purchases.
- Manage EPC contracts, Prepare Project close out & Technical capitalization reports.
- Comparing Actual payment against the creditor in SAP and Preparation of manufacturing budget, Annual Business Plan, Procurement budget.
- Preparation of Cash Flow Statement, Expected Future Cash flow requirement for next month, next quarter and next annual.
- On Basis of BOQ and BOM of any Projects decides the overall Budget Requirement.
- Preparation of technical recommendations as per the technical specifications for various equipment’s of Projects.
- Ensure all the works with whole safety and implementing DuPont standards.
- Timely communication to top management regarding the concerns and issues at the sites.
- Evaluated suppliers by assessing quality, timeliness and compliance of deliveries to maintain the project deliverables.
