Projects carried out:

Electrical Reachstacker and Forklift truck (18-45 ton)

• Design of Thermal management system of different electrical components in machine like Li-ion batteries, motors and inverters
• Development of battery box and installation of electric powertrain on machine.

• Worked in product-line Lift Truck and Reach Stacker (LTRS) Design & Drafting team
• Visited onsite and worked as coordinator for CEI, Pune design team and customer based in Sweden for 5 months

Projects carried out:

New generation Diesel operated forklift truck (stage IV & V)

• Modular design Forklift truck having lifting capacity of 5-18 Ton for different width and wheelbase options
• Design of chassis, footboard options and vehicle integration
• Design of Exhaust system installations for different truck options.

Cab suspension for customer order Forklift

• New Cab mounting unit with tiltable arrangement, for better driver's visibility.
• Feasibility study to finalize cab position. Proposed and designed different affected structural assemblies like chassis, air intake system, exhaust system, footboards with total new cab mounting structure.
• Cost effective cab suspension for movable cab mounted on right side of truck

Studied and developed good proficiency in Visibility analysis of Forklift truck and Reachstacker according to ISO/EN standards in catia environment.

• Structural component design - Customer engineering update in Mast and carriage, Engine hood design
• Good knowledge of Material selection, Welding, Surface treatment standards and GD & T.
