More than one years of experience in service industry with skills in reservation, ticketing, booking, client servicing (International and National clients). worked with Galileo Service Centre as Helpdesk Executive, Handled different client like Carlson Wagonlit, HRG SITA, American Express and their query’s related to Galileo GDS and also handled travel agents based in north, east and central India. Queries are regarding Air booking and ticket issuance, reissues and refunds. Hotel bookings and Car rental bookings. At American Express I was doing User Acceptance testing and business Analysis of American express technology (GDS and Scripts)
