• Cash Application
• Releasing orders of the customers
• Preparing reports like Aging report, Trial Balance report, TCS report, Sox Report
• Creating Debit Notes, Credit Notes
• Resolving Customer queries
• Following up with the sales team for the payment, remittances.
• Collecting outstanding balance from the client with the help of emails
• Closure of accounts
• Focusing on customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationship

Roles and Responsibilities

• Being a part of Cash application Team, My Prime responsibility is work on cash application
• Communicate with customers and collectors regarding remittance and query
• Work on upon unapplied payments and clear them as per remittance (via t-code f-32 & 30) and within the SLA
• Apply payment of specific customer of the process
• Work upon miss application and escalation from the customer I also correct the same
• Work on trade in credit request and direct debit return
• Apart from this I also guide and train new joinies in the process
• Working on NSF request
• Working on cash application
• Applied and unapplied credit
• Resolve customer queries as per SLA
• MIS reporting
• Sap exposure
• Customer invoicing.
