- Sort Order, Bates Number are done using SQL Server
- Also, the Bates number for the records in a set can be different depending upon whether the Records are previously produced ones or are to produce for the First time
- Also, sometimes we simply produce it by using DocIds
- The most crucial part is the Sort Order of the Records
- It can be varied from DocId, Custodian, Custodian Last_First, and Bates Number
