• Was part of the CFTRI team that contributed ready to eat foods (imli poha, bun, etc.) and drinking water to the flood affected Uttarakhand in 2014 and Chennai floods in 2015
• Qualified GATE 2014 (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) Exam BT with 94 percentile marks
• Presented and explained about the Lab scale fermentor in 2013 and about bio-pesticides in 2014 during the open days of CFTRI, mysore which was open to the public from 9 AM to 5 PM for 2 days
