- Responsible for building/forming the testing team for GCC Transunion teams.
- Own the overall delivery of TU DC’s product for SA,UK, India, PH, China & Hong Kong
- The applications include Digital Onboarding, Offers Engine & Localization
- Create the overall test strategy for validating enterprise applications as part of the release roadmap
- Responsible to provide application sign-offs for the planned releases and escalate issues
- Work with project managers across Region to source new testing opportunities
- Responsible for competency and development planning activities for the team
- Implementing and evolving appropriate measurements and metrics.· Ensures that all problems are communicated to project team, project managers, and quality control team.
- Responsible for creating virtual copy of your API using CA LISA Service Virtualization & Postman(Simulator) which mirrors all of the specifications of your production API.
- Coordinating with QA team to facilitate the quality deliver on schedule·
- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
- Preparation of Test Plans, Test estimation, Review.
- Facilitated Sprint Planning meetings, Daily scrum, sprint review, product backlog refinement meetings and sprint retrospective meetings
- Attended PI planning workshops and facilitated system demo, inspect and adapt workshops for future PIs and Release Management meetings.
- Helped the Product Owner/product Management in maintaining, refining and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Helped the team in deciding the sprint backlog for every sprint and Mitigated impediments during the sprint in terms of issues and risks Holds team, product owner and stakeholders accountable for their commitments.
- Guided the team to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks. Assessed the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
