Collaborate with department heads to identify external hiring needs and develop job descriptions
Conduct new employee orientation to ensure smooth integration into company's culture and provide training to them on L visa process and company's in-house software on which internal employees L visa applications are processed
Screen 250+ profiles of company's internal employees according to US client's needs on monthly basis, conduct interviews and guide them to meet client requirements and qualify for L visa
Prepare documentation for L visa from scratch for qualified empoyees and arrange their relocation to new clients to US and also, arrange extensions, if required, for employees already in US
Maintain team reports on weekly basis and follow up on technical issues that needs to be addressed, client escalations etc in order to ensure deliverables are met on time
Weekly interact with US counterparts to ensure there is no gap in understandings and keep everyone appraised of the latest process changes.
