Worked as senior test manager across different core and retail banking projects in HSBC as designated Associate Project Manager for handling EU/UK HUB testing projects in quality department. Apart from handling the projects from functional point of view also worked as people manager and handled offshore teams for different regions – Canada and EU/UK testing teams including staff and vendors.

Experience in driving big test programs efficiently and promoting innovation, developing teams, maturing the testing discipline.

I have in-depth knowledge in leading end to end functional testing team for big test programs and defining test strategies, estimations and test plans. Involvement in stakeholder management, resource management and planning to fulfill demands as per team.

• Role HUB End to End Test Manager Duration 15 months (2016 Sep to Dec 2017) Team Size 22 Project Description - Earth and Moon was a major project implemented in UK during 2017 (New Bank Ready) and 2018 (Migration) related to splitting HSBC Bank UK into a Ring Fenced Bank (holding retail and small business customer accounts) and a non-Ring Fenced Bank(to handle investment banking and trading activities.).
• Responsibilities:.
• Complete test management for this large program to handle hub test deliverables.
• Overall test coordination for 60+ interfaces teams and ensuring for end to end testing and UAT coordination.
• Involved in preparing Test Strategy/Test Plan, estimations and stakeholders management.
• Independently handled 20+ team members for this project as test manager.
• Resources and vendors management, EU/UK projects resource and test management, Worked as test manager on different HUB projects like Negative credit interest, Managed rates etc and was responsible for overall coordination between onshore and offshore test teams.
• Handling Automation deployment for EU cluster sites.
• Worked as test manager for recent API projects.

• Global test management for SBI HUB deployment for bigger portfolio program.

• Involved in preparing Test Strategy/Test Plan and estimations for API relatest projects.
• Conducting test demos as per MVP plans.
• Involved in Automation feasibility/managing pack development for further sites deployment in 2021.
• Other Engagements/projects Engagement HBCA Role& responsibility worked As a Delivery/Test Manger Team Size 8 Workes as Delivery Manager for HBCA (North America) testing projects having responsibility for quality deliverables from offshore on time for different ongoing testing projects where team is responsible for conducting HUB SAT/UATi testing.
• Also in parallel playing a role of test manager for core NCI project and providing consultancy for some of EU regions hub ongoing projects.
• Engagement: HTSE Role& responsibility working As a Test manager /Team lead Team Size 8 Testing Projects-1 Working on European regions hub test projects as test manager, HTSE test team works on different hub projects.
• HUB is a multi-currency, multi-entity, multi-language system that supports the HSBC Group’s banking activities in many countries.
• HUB is divided into a number of application systems that perform specific retail banking functions.
• HUB testing projects – (Major projects worked upon :).

• Central Bank (ECB) has recently dropped the deposit rates on Euro deposits held by banks with ECB to a negative interest rate.
• Project is to check negative credit interest for standalone accounts (DD) and Cashcon accounts.
• Involved as Test Manager for this project.
• NCI implementation roll out is planned for European countries UK, Ireland, BE/NL/Lux, Switzerland, Greece, Poland, Armenia etc.

• European volume payment systems is providing a platform for large volume low value payments processing for payments migrated from existing GPS system.
• Involved as defect manager with the primary responsibility as overall defect triage with third party system, defect tracking, defect report data preparation, coordination with BA, test and third party technical teams for defect resolution.
• Testing Key Skills: Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Various Models.

• Testing for Digital1.0 implementation for four sites – Armenia/Kazakhstan, Greece and Malta.
• Involved as test manager (off shore) for this project.
• Primary responsibility was for requirement understanding, test management and coordination with different stakeholders, risk assessment, estimates, test plan, defect management, team handling and overall co-ordination with onshore test manager.
• Prepared UAT test plan for local country teams and coordinated for UAT testing.

• Testing for hub regression including HFE2, 2G (internet banking) regression and local functions.

• Testing for hub regression, local functions and test coordination with different interfaces for AAPS, Cards, KANA testing.
• I was involved as test lead for this project.
• Primary responsibility was for requirement understanding, risk assessment, test plan, test case preparation, test execution and defect tracking, handling and overall co-ordination for the regression and other HUB modules.

• Testing for hub regression (including HFE2, trades) and local function as it was a first time hub implementation in Algeria country.
• I was involved as Module lead for this project.
• Primary responsibility was for requirement understanding, risk assessment, test plan, test case preparation, test execution and defect tracking and handling the regression and other HUB modules.
