Recently I am working with FICO Blaze Decision Modeler and Java to consume the decision service. This is PoV for a BFS client.

Customer Name: Pegasystems.

Description: I worked as an L2 Product Support engineer for Pegasystems and led a team of 6 people. I have resolved several issues for multiple Pega Clients though one to one communication to make the clients achieve their business use cases more efficiently.

Tools & Technologies: Pega, Java.

Responsibilities / Contribution: The main responsibilities in the project were to replicate the Pega product issues that the Pega clients were facing. Involves creation of a dummy application from the scratch and configure as is. It also includes debugging and making local changes to resolve the issues. If needed associate needs to have one to one interaction with client or Pega L3 Engineer and resolve the issues.

Customer Name: Cognizant.

Description: This was a RnD project on Kafka-Fitbit integration for Cognizant which was in a prototype phase.

Tools & Technologies: Java 8, Fitbit Java API

Responsibilities / Contribution: Led a team of 3 professionals. The main responsibilities of mine were to design the internal framework the team has developed and guide them to follow best practices of writing Java code. Also helped the team understand the Fitbit API for further implementation.

Customer Name: Tata Consultancy Services.
Description: A Web application by which the Group Leaders / Project Leaders can plan a new project very easily with well documentation and make other changes to the projects e.g Grouping of previous projects, creating work list, creating project management strategy and many more. In other words, it is the backbone of starting a new project.
Tools & Technologies: Java, Spring, Angular JS, JBoss.
Responsibilities / Contribution: Led a team of 4 professionals. Responsible for creation of Project Grouping module from scratch and communication with SiteMinder and Portal Integration team to get approvals for the project deployment.
