  • As a Management Trainee, my first stint was with Recruitment section for the duration from
    July 23 to August 23, where I have developed the Rajashree Cement Works Unit Induction Manual
    for New Joiners to facilitate Smooth Onboarding process, provide comprehensive information about the company, facilities, township to foster company culture and to enhance the safety compliance and policies understanding to new joiners.
  • Experience in handling the Recruitment section in implementing the below listed activities such as Scheduling of Interviews, Job posting and publishing in Poornata (Aditya Birla working site), Sourcing resumes of candidates applied, sending
    confirmation mails and letter of intent, Preparing Appointment letters, Onboarding New
    Joiners and also, I-Approval process for HR site
    .
  • Successfully worked & completed “Role Based Organized Chart for Contract Labor “ project in ER department starting from September 2023 to December 2023.the main objective of this project is to understand the Ideal Contract Manpower required for the smooth functioning of the systems and processes
  • Made detailed comprehensive framework to capture the data from all the Functions and the lines, have successfully convened individual meetings with all
    departments, elucidating and ensuring their understanding of the framework. Concurrently,
    allocated time for each department to analyze their respective manpower requirements and
    submit the pertinent data.
  • Initiated a comparative analysis between the ZBS data and the current average deployment,
    alongside Kronos on-roll employee data, aiming to discern and comprehend the variations,
    have commenced the Activity study, having successfully completed it for the HR function.
    The ongoing process involves conducting the study for the remaining functions, which are
    currently taken forward by the technical function and senior managers.
  • The final outcome from the project was Cost savings, Resource Optimization and Innovation and Adaptability.
  • Leading the Training & Development section where I have the responsibility to design the Training Calendar for the month. Planning and co-ordinating the trainings, Initiating the Induction schedule for new joiners,Preparing the Internship letters and ensuring their placement in appropriate departments
    for their duration.
  • Ensuring the target KPI’s of HR Scorecard on Safety, Behavioural and Technical training hours for all the three categories of employees namely Contract Labour, Wage board and Officer and staff categories.
  • Driving the Safety Tracker for the certain Job band level of employees to enhance the safety
    culture in plant.
  • Organizing and co-ordinating the New Joiners connects, young talent connects, diversity &
    inclusion connects, female employee connects with Senior Management on a periodical basis.
  • Preparing the presentations during the CHRO and COO frequent visits by collaborating and
    gathering the inputs from stakeholders of multiple sections and departments in HR function.
  • Driving 5S & TPM concept in the few areas, also a committee member in People Management Key focus area to drive the initiatives.
  • Event management & anchoring in professional mass gathering events.
  • Being an active member in Gaushala Project which started in Rajashree Cement Works from
    November. co-ordinating with the multiple departments regarding the status of activities by physically visiting the sites and sending the updated report to the Unit.Head of Rajashree Cement Works which will be sent to company Chairman and MD.

  • Worked in the project titled “Enhancing New Hire Talent Experience for Consulting Practice”.The project main objectives are to understand what practices are being followed by the
