Training Needs Assessment & Development Plan – Marketing Dept., PreludeSys India Ltd. (Jan 2024)
Conducted a skill matrix-based training needs assessment, identifying gaps in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Creativity, and Teamwork. Agro Foods Marketing Research Mini Project (Aug – Oct 2022)
Conducted a survey to analyze purchase and selling price data. Enhanced the company’s Instagram presence through targeted posts and memes, leading to a significant follower increase.
