Responsibilities:-

• Coordinated and planned overseas shipments from China and Italy, ensuring on-time delivery and smooth logistics operations.
• Managed OEM customer and supplier planning across India and international markets to maintain uninterrupted supply chain flow.
• Monitored and tracked all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring visibility and timely escalations when needed.
• Administered domestic and export N+5 long-term rolling demand forecasts to align production with customer requirements.
• Oversaw transport logistics and warehouse operations, optimizing the supply chain for cost and efficiency.
• Dealing with OEM partners like MSIL, Mahindra, Fiat, Tata, Volkswagen, Daimler, Kia, Hyundai, Piaggio, PSA.
• Handling monthly closing, stock planning, IC pricing, and ERP operations.
• Deep monitoring to achieve sales target for the month as well as for the year to meet budget.
• Prepare MPCP for weekly Review.
• Managing Cost Tracker.
• Proactively identify possible changes in forecast and coordination with concern departments.

Responsibilties:-

• Dealing with customers and suppliers.
• Manage import material dealing with Japan NST.
• Manage Department IATF audit.
• Quarterly MRM with management.
• Co-ordination with all the concerned departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Prepare N+5 long term rolling demand forecast planning & Sales Plan.
• Prepare quarterly quotation and cost breakdown.
• Monthly balance table to meet customer’s requirement.

Responsibilities:-

• Work at ERP and MSIL extranet portal for maintain records.
• Responsible for department MIS report and PPT.
• Using Excel and MS Word.
• V-Lookup, Formatting, PIVOT table, H-Lookup, formulations, filtration.
• Responsible for development ECN and ECR.
• Prepare monthly sales closing.
• Establish and Maintain Professional working relationship along with regular basis correspondence with existing OEM partners like MSIL, VW, TML, M&M, FCA, Daimler, Hyundai.
• Independently handle MSIL-Nagare, Daily Indent(DI), Non-DI.
• Responsible for preparing N+5 long term rolling demand forecast planning & Sales Plan.
• Promotional activities with team coordination.
• Customer demand update in DMM based on firm demand received from customer & demand forecast.
• Proactively identify possible changes in forecasts by frequent customer visits. Identify its effect on the entire supply chain; engage in collaborative discussion with all concerned and timely resolve the issues created due to exceptional changes in forecasts.
• Weekly analysis of demand fluctuations & leveling the stocks in line with the fluctuating demands.
• Communication with customers and internal department at the time of any fluctuations.
• Co-ordination & interaction with all the concerned departments to ensure smooth production flow and accomplishment of production plan in line with customer requirements.
• Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received from customers and suppliers.
• Work at ERP and prepare sales orders.
• Process customer orders received through phone, Internet or (EDI). Enter data for new orders or make changes to existing.
• Ensuring Timely & daily supplies.
• Ensure zero delivery default to customers.
• Planning & Handling the dispatches.
• Ensured regular communication and report sharing with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of material as per the fluctuating customer demands.
• Delivery performance, customer complaints, field returns, premium freight incidents, customer line stoppage.
• Well versed with customer portals & system.
• Maintain FG stock.
• Handle Logistics and freight cost.
• Reduction in premium freight cost & overall freight cost reduction.
• Tracking of every dispatch to customer.
• Handling new packaging activities.
• Preparing and delivering marketing plans for zero default.
• Maintain sales return records.
