Job Responsibility:

• Assist in managing day-to-day project operations and onsite activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely progress.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, reporting deviations or risks to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and supervise civil work to maintain quality standards.
• Assist in procurement and resource planning including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare and review project documentation including reports, drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
• Liaise with stakeholders and participate in meetings to communicate project progress.
• Support in resolving technical issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain project records and ensure documentation is complete and organized.

Projects : Expansion/Modification/Maintenance of Plant and Staff/Associate Colony.

Job Responsibility:

• Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Estimation and Budgeting of Civil Structures.
• Supervision of work undertaken for compliance with required quality and good workmanship practice.
• Prepare Budget and BOQ For Defined Project.
• Observance of safety requirements.
• Liaising with the project Manager regarding construction programmes.
• Ensuring technical inputs for methodologies of construction and as per Quality Plans.
• Collect, review and maintain all the records of contractors.(JMR/Level sheet/BBS/Extra item)
• Provide data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
• Submitting weekly and monthly progress report.
• Conduct a project review meeting with contractors.
• Certification of bills of contractors.

2. Industrial project at Welspun Flooring Limited, Hydrabad (BCF building 205m x 105m G+2 Coating building 150m x 90m)

3. POY plant at Creative taxtile mills Pvt limited (Daman) POY 90 x 40m=2 no, STP tank, Fire Tank, Utility, Ware house extension.

4. Industrial ware house at Indospace Indusrial Park (Pune, Ranjangaon) 300m x 170m

5. Industrial project at Mangalam Organics Limited, Khopoli (Power Plant, Boiler foundation STP Tank, Ariation Tank, Coal Shed, Ware Hose, Cooling Tower, Fire Pump House, Chemical Tank, RC Road, Chimney Foundation, Parking Area Development, Canteen Building

6. Coke Oven Project (4 MTPA) at Welspun Metalics Limited , Anjar Including structure Ground Hoper, Primary crusher, Coal blending Silo, Secondary Crusher, Mixer building Coal tower, Battery Structure, Quench car track, Quanching tower, Warf, Coke cutter Coke Screeing Settlement tank, Over head tank, boiler foundation, Coal shed, Flue duct, RCC chimney, Pipe Rack Foundation.

Job Resposibility:

• Full time supervision of all construction works/ activities for the project as per GFC drawings and specification.
• Liaising with the project Manager regarding construction programmes.
• Coordination with client, consultant, and contractor for smooth flow of work.
• Ensure the quality of construction material through various test as per IS CODE.
• Monitoring the progress of work with the construction schedule.
• Resolving technical issues with Client or consultant engineer, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Submitting weekly and monthly progress report.
• Collect , review and maintain all the records of contractors.
• Provide data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
• Conduct a project review meeting with client and contractors.
• Review of technical specification and bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Certification of Running account bills of contractors.
• Observance of safety requirements.

1. Industrial ware house at Welspun India Ltd. (Anjar) plot area 5500 m² & 6600 m².

2. Taxtile weaving plant at Welspun India Ltd. (Vapi) G+1 plot area 3850 m².

3. Cabling building at AYM Syntex Ltd. (Silvassa) G+3 Plot area 3300m².

Job Responsibility:

• Supervision/ execution, checking and assuring that the construction work is as per the final issued drawings and technical specification.
• Liaising with the project senior engineer & project manager regarding construction programmes.
• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with specified requirements.
• Resolving technical issues with Client or consultant engineer, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Quality control in the accordance with IS Code/ procedure method of statements, Quality plans & inspection, test plans prepared by project management team.
• Supervising and counseling junior or trainee engineers.
• Observance of safety requirements.
• Provide data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
• Prepare daily progress report.
• Prepare client running account bill & certification of subcontractor bills.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of the materials.

• Prepare sub contractor bills & certify the same.
• Prepare monthly work planing & material requisition.
• Prepare daily progress report.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of the materials.
