  • The readiness of the store in the morning for the first customer who enters into the store.
  • All promo talkers up and checked for correctness in billing.
  • Briefing to staff/outsourced on the days plan and target to status.
  • Check and verify week day’s PIHV related issues.
  • FIFO schedule on certain category and plan of action. & the pupation of all SOP register checked.
