Primarily working Hedge/Mutual funds including domestic, foreign, and fixed income securities funds which consist of following task:

• Reconciliation of Portfolio and Fund Accounts and ensure all breaks and identified and resolved
• Performing stock and cash reconciliation between our records and those of the fund
• Analyzing fund performance on a daily and monthly basis
• Prepared daily accounting control reports/Assisted accountants to meet daily deadlines
• Transaction rule design to identify activity requiring review investigating trade transaction reporting
• Ensuring that Incomes are properly generated on timely basis for Fixed Income securities
• Performing daily checking processes to ensure all entries are properly recorded for unit holders
• Transactions,security trade transactions,system generated or manually processed transactions
• Performing of counter parties and providing clients, booking, deletion, settlement transaction
• Investigating and resolving exception from portfolio reconciliation with investment manager and trade transaction report
• Prepared and monitored for the daily/weekly/monthly derivatives transaction and trade transaction settled in accounting side.

Primarily working for fixed income securities which consist of following tasks:

• Verifying all the Daily and Monthly Incomes are correctly accrued in the accounting side with Custody
• Verifying Various accounting activities such as, Trade, Income,Expense, Cap stock activities and capital Distribution for the fund hedge funds & Mutual fund
• Figure out the Ledger to Sub Ledger breaks and perform trouble shooting to fix the Issue before sending final report to end client
• Verification of Correctness of Trades booked in Accounting and Corporate action events with Bloomberg
• Spotting the Incorrect Trades and Cancelled and Rebooked as per client Instruction in order to avoid huge NAV Impact
• Ensuring that Incomes Parameters are properly updated on accounting and Income generated on timely basis for Fixed Income securities
• Verifying and Monitoring Expense for the Fund with Expense Posting as per client requirements
• Reconciliation of the accounting data of State street with external source Bank Statement
• Understanding and effectively managing risks through timely and accurate escalation of key issues
• Send completed reports to the investment managers on timely basis for approval.
