• Project - Connected Display for Golf carts (16 Months):

Worked on the design and development of the complete board.

The product consisted of digital communication interfaces like I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, MIPI DSI etc. Was involved in product level requirement analysis and Architecture development, Component selection, detailed design analysis and verification with simulation tools, Schematics Capture, BOM management, Component procurement and selection activities,Design analysis and resolution(DAR), MTBF calculation, Mechanical design support, Firmware development support, Basic soldering, Board bring-up and testing and Integration and Functional testing.

Supported on the EMI/EMC pre compliance testing of the product in compliance to FCC , CISPR and IEC standards in partnership with 3rd part labs such as TUV Rheinland.

• Project - Self checking soft touch Button (8 months):

Worked on design and development of SIL 2 certified self checking optical IR touch button. Was involved creating MTBF document, DFMEA and FMEDA for SFF calculation.

Also supported on creating DAR document for critical component selection, BOM management, component procurement.

Worked with cross functional PCB designing team for PCB packaging, routing and component placvement activities.
