Project: P1324 LHD & RHD (5-seater), R1324 LHD & RHD (7-seater)

• Lead the design and development of hard trim components, such as door trims, pillar trims, soft trims, and moldings, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Select and specify materials for hard trims (plastics, metals, composites, etc.) considering durability, visual appeal, and ease of manufacturing. Ensure materials meet required performance standards.
• Worked on the Soft and hard trims and following respective subjects RTC (Regulation technical check) as per BMIR, HCPP, Iso- statism, Checking fixture validation & FOP.
• Ensure hard trims integrate seamlessly with other interior elements, such as electronics, HVAC systems, and seating, maintaining both design harmony and functionality.
• Work closely with suppliers to choose finishes, textures, and colors that align with the brand's design language, and ensure durability in high-use areas.
• Work with other teams (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain) to ensure trims are feasible for mass production, cost-effective, and meet functional requirements. Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and components, ensuring quality standards, and timely delivery. Monitor production to ensure quality is maintained.
• Experience in draft analysis with respect to tooling direction & Nominal value concepts as well as work on proposals for localizing fasteners and CKD parts.
