• Working as an Assistant Engineer, was selected by campus recruitment with TESPL.
• Experience in various departments such as Drilling, Survey (Steering), Planning, Maintenance, Profile Designing, etc.
• Upholding of drilling data, drill bit specifications, mud motor specifications, and drill rod specifications.
• Learned various operations, such as pilot, reaming, hole cleaning/swab pass, pullback operations, and emergency arrangements.
• Engaged in all on-site operations. Executed HDD projects for the pipeline of oil and natural gas, and cable installation, applying subsurface analysis to minimize drilling risk and ensure safe utility crossings.
• Conducted on-site monitoring and reporting, maintaining detailed operational logs—mirroring data tracking practices in upstream operations.
• Conducted project evaluations, strategic planning, and cost estimation.
• Prepared calculation sheets for directional drilling and rig performance, including hydraulics and mechanics. Maintained and serviced field equipment, including rigs, power packs, mud pumps, and recycling units.
• Analyzed horizontal well profiles using CAD software. Managed a team of 25 personnel, coordinating daily work activities, and conducting daily toolbox talks (TBT).
• Performed land and downhole surveys.
• Analyzed geotechnical reports, borehole logs, and soil data to plan bore trajectories, paralleling formation evaluation techniques in petroleum drilling.
• Involved in drilling fluid selection and borehole stabilization strategies under varying lithologies, drawing on mud engineering fundamentals.
• Assisted in optimizing bore path design and entry/exit angles, building a practical understanding of directional drilling concepts transferable to oilfield well design.
• Coordinated trenchless project material procurement to align with timelines, reducing delays, and optimizing resource allocation on site.
• Executed soil stability assessments during trenchless construction phases, enhancing site safety protocols, and preventing project interruptions due to ground failures.

Two months of on-site training focusing on six principal stimulation areas of well production have abruptly fallen: primarily, Acidization, solvent and surfactant treatment, hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing services, sand control, nitrogen services, and hot oil services.

• Gained exposure to the Central Stimulation Team (CST) operations for the western region.
• Inspected well stimulation equipment for operational integrity, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and reducing risk during high-pressure treatments.
• Monitored well stimulation equipment performance to identify operational discrepancies, enhancing process reliability, and supporting uninterrupted production activities.
• Engaged in problem-solving activities with peers to develop critical thinking skills, enhancing team resilience.
• Interacted with customers under supervision to support operational objectives.
