As a Quality Analyst in BFSI- Commercial lending for Bank of Ireland Project, was handling customer mails, need to have interactions with the stake holders, SME and Managements Daily, weekly and monthly basis for reviewing the performance of the team on that week, Month.

From June 2016 to June 2020 i was working as maker in CITI Project. In Citi Project i have experience in One KYC for 2 years. He i was doing verification of client documents on regular basis and moved to CITI ICA this is UK based Insurance Project There also i was doing Maker role only.
From March 2011 to June 2016 i was working in USAA project, I was handling Maker role , Checker role got chance to interact with clients in few occasions as a checker.
USAA is insurance company for military persons in US i was working Life process and was handling 16 different sub process.
Also got deputed to Pune for a short term of 15 days to give training to new joiners.
