• Responsible for execution of production activities in Granulation, Capsule Filling area, Packing area.
• Handling of BMR and BPR.
• Perform Data entries in SAP, QLMS.
• Preparation of SOPs.
• Perform Line clearances at every stages manufacturing and packing.
• Responsible for execution and review of BMR and BPR and providing zero error documents.
• Perform Initial and Inprocess Checks maintain GMP Practices.
• Raising additional material and return the excess packing material to the store department.
• Perform Reconciliation of Material stage wise as per BMR/BPR.
• Verify the Raw/Packing Material dispensed labels.
• Good knowledge in operating of process Equipments as per SOP/BMR. ❖ Octagonal Blender. ❖ Vibratory Sifter. ❖ Capsule Filling Machine (AF-90T) ❖ Blister packing Machine (IMA TR102), (IMA 240CH), (ELMACH).
• Raising breakdown/maintenance request in case of any breakdowns.
• Responsible for Daily cleaning and disinfectant preparation activities.
• Maintenance of records related to the respective department like Machine log, Cleaning Checklist and Batch record at Right Time.
• Performing Daily Calibration activities of weighing balances.
• Periodic review/verification of logbook entries.
• To participate in Quality and Safety meetings.
• To coordinate with QA for the Equipment Validation, Process Validation.
